BlockBeats is a music streaming application that provides access to music through the Audius decentralized protocol. The Service allows you to:
- Stream music for free
- Discover artists and tracks
- Create playlists and manage your library
- Support artists through the Audius platform
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
4. User Accounts
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account or connect an Audius account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Music Content
All music streamed through BlockBeats is provided by the Audius protocol. The music and associated content (artwork, metadata) are owned by the respective artists and rights holders. BlockBeats does not claim ownership of any music content.
Our Content
The BlockBeats app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by BlockBeats and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Your Content
By creating playlists or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including:
- Audius Protocol: Music streaming and artist support functionality is provided by Audius. Your use of Audius features is subject to Audius Terms of Use
- Blockchain Networks: Tipping and token transactions occur on blockchain networks and are irreversible
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All music content will always be available
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKBEATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Losses related to cryptocurrency or token transactions
- Service interruptions or unavailability
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockBeats, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
